What Envi! I was inspired by the shoe, shown center front, by Jeffrey Campbell. Even though the dots are more cheetah-esk,It reminded me of Yayoi Kusama’s work (shown in the background). The bee’s on the sides play off Yayoi’s color palette, and the skeletal charms of the necklace stays on theme with my previous weeks work.

Images I have collected throughout the years, then scanned and manipulated in photoshop.

Collage I created by cutting out photographs from a “history of photography” book and manipulating them by placement of the scanner and scanning the image in one step. I liked how the composition turned out and the expression on the childrens faces.

Image I made by scanning in photos from old books and some found on the internet. The inspiration was the idea of throwing a party in the early 1900’s to contact the deceased.

Image I manipulated by cutting old images out of text books, layering them on the scanner, and then scanning. I liked the rocky texture paired with the destruction of the Zeppelin
